School may be starting soon, but there is still some time to be a kid. Join us August 29th to remember what it’s like to be a kid again. We will be playing games from your childhood like Candy Land and Guess Who, and you can enjoy snacks that remind you of your youth. Be a kid again for the day!
September 1
Cookbook Club
This is your chance to try something new and help build a community. Each month we will provide you with a small sample of a spice and some history & best practices as well as at least one recipe. Then, join us for the potluck later in the month with a theme in some way related to the kit. Don’t have time or don’t feel up to cooking? Come anyway. This is about building a community and sharing a unique experience. September's spice is Tarragon and we will be making our salad dressing with Tarragon Vinaigrette. We hope to see you at the potluck later in the month!
Banned Books Challenge
September 18th - 24th is banned books week, so for the whole month of September we will be having a Beanstack challenge. For every banned book you read out of the list provided, you will receive a raffle ticket towards a grand prize. Support reading and fight censorship by reading banned books!
Unstreamables: 2pm
Welcome to the new Movies for Grown Ups! With so many movies going directly to streaming or else getting lost in the shuffle, we thought why not show the "unstreamables" here! Join us at the library as we explore these "lost" movie treasures, both old and new!
Anime Club: 4:30-5:30pm
Join us once a month where we will focus on a series. We will discuss your favorite manga and watch an episode of the anime! We’ll also have a fun snack and/or craft. September's anime is Spy x Family and we will be making sushi candy.

Little Red Hen Bread Baking Club
Who will help to bake the bread? We hope that you will! Each month will feature a different recipe and new techniques. You don’t have to be an experienced baker to give this a try! September's bread is Honey Oat. Supplies are limited so stop in soon for your kit!
