Preschool Storytime, 10:30am - registration required

Can you believe that this is our last week of storytime for the summer! Join us for stories, songs and fun! Masks are encouraged but not required (the librarian will be wearing one). This week we will be celebrating sunshine and summer!

K.I.D.S (Kids Investigating Diverse Stories), 1-2pm

This program is for kids aged 6-11. We will start off by sharing a chapter of a book and then move on to various fun activities. For our last week we will try to DIY a few popular fidget toys.

Fabric Mosaic, 1-2pm

Mosaics are pictures or patterns created by arranging smaller pieces together. It is an exercise in creating something beautiful out of a lot of disparate parts. Traditionally, stone, tile, or glass are used. But we will be using fabric to create our patterns. Some basic shapes and outlines will be provided. It’s up to you to put them together just as we start to come together once more.

August 10

A Birthday Party Fit for a Demi-God, 5:30-6:30pm

You may have noticed that our summer reading theme relates to the ocean. So why not celebrate the son of the Poseidon himself, Percy Jackson! There will be crafts, treats and a ton of fun!

August 11

Coloring and Conversation, 10am-12pm

We supply the coloring pages and colored pencils; you bring the conversation. Adults are welcome to pop in and color. Use our supplies or bring your own. Come when you can and leave when you must.

August 13

Summer reading wraps up on August 13th! Make sure you have your logging completed. We will be reaching out soon with grand prize winners.
